Railsberry will take place at Manggha, the Centre of Japanese Art and Technology located on the banks of the Vistula river, a little bit outside of old town. So in terms of accommodation, anything within these pink-square areas would be good. 
There are also some hotels/hostels in the near vicinity of the conference venue that will give you some sort of discount – just tell them that you’re one of the Railsberry attendees

Why in this squares? I booked hotel near the Manggha. Will be bad?
Pink squares just show the old town = more accommodation possibilities. Good for you if you booked sth near the venue!
